  2. Log in to IWAS (ISBE Web Application Security system)www.isbe.net (eGMS) Dashboard Overview

  3. Select “System Listing” (eGMS) Dashboard Overview

  4. District Administrators receive automatic access through IWAS system, displayed under the “Grants” category (eGMS) Dashboard Overview

  5. The initial view displays:Current Fiscal Year, State & Federal Grants in the eGMS system and status.Prior fiscal years and display options are available. (eGMS) Dashboard Overview

  6. Select a Fiscal Year from the drop-down along with any additional display options such as “Funding Summary” and click on the “Go” button. (eGMS) Dashboard Overview

  7. Grants with multiple sub-projects are displayed with achevron symbol You may collapse those projects by clicking on the symbol. (eGMS) Dashboard Overview

  8. The Function and Object Code Data section displays the sum of all program budgeted fields by function and object code. A sum of All Programs or one program may be selected from the drop-down list. (eGMS) Dashboard Overview

(eGMS) Dashboard Overview • Summary Features • Real-time view-only system that reflects the current status of all State and Federal grants in eGMS. • Expenditure or disbursements information can be accessed in • FRIS Inquiry http://webprod1.isbe.net/FRISInquiry/ • Current or prior fiscal year data can be selected • Application Status: • -- Application Name (e.g. NCLB, IDEA Flow Through, Preschool for All) • -- Last Created Cycle: (e.g. Initial Application, Amendment #1) • -- Current document status (e.g. Submitted, Returned or Approved) • -- Date of Last Created Cycle • Funding Summary: • -- Total Allotment (i.e. Sum of all available funds to budget) • -- Last Approved Budget • -- Funds Remaining • Function and Object Summary: • -- Sum of all program budgeted fields by function and object • -- Select all programs or one program
