  1. Below are a list of reported/common covenant violations. Please consult your copy of the Covenants or a Board member for more information: Ranchview Estates Restrictions & Covenants Things to remember • No livestock, fowl or poultry shall be raised. (That’s an easy one) • Improvements must not be commenced without the prior approval of the POA Board. • No fence may be built forward of of the rear wall of the house. • Not less than six 2-3 inch ornamental or decidous shade trees, and not less than 4 evergreen trees with a minimum of 8 feet in height must be planted on each lot … within 6 months of completion of the residence. • Dogs, cats, or other household pets may be kept,…. provided, they are kept confined to the Lot of their owner and are not permitted to run loose outside the Lot of the owner. • Outdoor garbage and trash containers are prohibited unless screened from view of the other properties with a privacy fence. • No advertising signs, billboards, …. permitted to remain on any lot except one sign per lot consisting of of not more than six square feet advertising a lot as « For Sale ». • All produce or vegetable gardens shall be maintained only in the rear one-third of each lot, must be fenced, and well maintained. • No field crops shall be grown upon any portion of the property • No trees, shrubs,…shallbemaintained or permitted .. to interferewith use or maintenance of anystreet or walk or unobstructedviewat intersections.
