  2. 鷹嘴豆泥 源自伊拉克料理,現普遍成為中東一帶的大眾化美食。其特有的豐厚醇密風味,單吃或搭配捲餅亦可,常是許多外國人來店懷念的家鄉味。為了迎合台人口味,店內會再附上蔬果棒調和整體口感。

  3. 馬鈴薯泥 常用口感比較面的土豆,當然口感不面的土豆也是另一種口味。土豆搗碎成泥後可加入各種配料和調料:牛奶、黃油、植物油、奶油、鹽、胡椒粉等。常見的調料有大蒜,乳酪、培根粒、酸奶油、香脆洋蔥、青蔥、芥末、香芹、迷迭香、蕪菁、茴香等。[1]常和香腸一起食用。

  4. 沙朗牛肉串烤 帶骨牛小排、沙朗肉片和牛肋條是最適合用來燒烤的牛肉部位,但烤法也各有妙招,帶筋的帶骨牛小排適合烤至全熟,沙朗肉片肉質軟嫩,5、6分熟即可,牛肋條則可與青椒、洋蔥等蔬菜做為串燒。

  5. 起司蕃茄 當熱騰騰的番茄出烤箱後,起司在番茄的邊緣滿溢,那種滴出來的弧型線條,味覺跟視覺的衝擊,哇~ 真想當場活吞番茄。而且Orly特愛這些料理設備的輔助,讓做菜輕鬆又簡單,少了油煙與大火,這是烤香料理專有的特權喔!
