Evolution of Food Supply and Shelter: Paleolithic vs. Neolithic Era

DESCRIPTION

This overview compares Paleolithic and Neolithic lifestyles, focusing on food supply, shelter, community structure, and occupations. In the Paleolithic era, people gathered food like plants and berries, living in small groups that moved frequently. They resided in caves or tents and rarely traded. In contrast, the Neolithic era saw the advent of agriculture, with communities settling around farms. People used basic tools, built houses with mud bricks, and developed a division of labor, including roles as farmers, craftsmen, and builders, leading to a more organized society.
