Some facts • The UN data still consider some areas of Nooristan province in Pech and Chapadara districts of Kunar province, therefore the coverage is lower in both mentioned districts • The administrative units (districts) are different according to UN Vs government classification (12 districts Vs 15 districts) • The higher achievements in some districts are due to lower estimation of population or/and displacement of Nooristan population to Kunar.
