Order of SAE • Tore out chimney and replaced it • Shot vaccuumwater out of basement • Using jackhammer to break concrete flooring • Pour concrete • Fixed the drainage system • Insolated everything • Covered it in plastic • Fix stairs • Put walls in • Put in new air conditioning system • Replaced old sheetrock • Paint
