Today’s Objective: TLW understand what an emotion is.TLW identify the 5 major emotions

NOUN:A mental state that arises spontaneously rather than through conscious effort and is often accompanied by physiological changes; a feeling: the emotions of joy, sorrow, reverence, hate, and love.

A state of mental agitation or disturbance: spoke unsteadily in a voice that betrayed his emotion. See Synonyms at feeling.

  • Anger is a emotion with a wide range of intensity, from mild irritation and frustration to rage.
  • It is a reaction to a perceived threat to ourselves, our loved ones, our property, our self-image, or some part of our identity.
  • Anger is a warning bell that tells us that something is wrong.
