The NMDOT Forms Management Solution Project aims to replace an aging forms solution, enhancing frequently-used internal forms with electronic workflows and signatures. The initiative, backed by Tom Church and Bruce Oakeley, will drive cost savings by shifting from paper to electronic processes. Key benefits include integration with document management systems, data aggregation for reporting, and improved workflow analysis to identify bottlenecks. The project budget is set for $357,800 from NMDOT Road Funds, with additional vendor support not exceeding $120,000.
