HISTORY: Vivoli Café & Trattoria • Founded in 2003 by Nunzio Donato Ciarulo and his wife Cristina. • The first Vivoli Café opened in West Hollywood, CA • With success & rave reviews Vivoli now has FOUR locations. • Reno, Nevada • West Hollywood, California • Westlake Village, California • San Miguel de Allende, Mexico

Our Mission The Vivoli Academy of Culinary Arts is a program dedicated to teach students how to run and operate a fine dining restaurant in a 360* turn from the back of the kitchen all the way to restaurant management. In this program you will transform into a master chef and learn every aspect to run your own restaurant while attending classes as well as working hands-on in a local Vivoli Café restaurant.
