Nuisance Abatement Performance Objectives for FY 2010-11

This report outlines the objectives for the Nuisance Abatement unit in FY 2010-11. The team aims to close 93% of cases as stipulated in the Service Level Agreement (SLA), improve daily mowing capacity per crew, and elevate the number of lots mowed and cleaned from 23,886 in FY 09-10 to 24,000 in FY 10-11. Additionally, an identified reporting issue concerning revenue codes has resulted in overstated year-to-date totals, which include both billed and actual cash received. The focus remains on enhancing operational efficiency and service delivery.
