If we don’t have it, we will make every effort to get or make a custom one for our customers. • Provide customers with honest, reliable, efficient and polite service. • Provide customers with high quality product at a price that is fair to both our customers and Primus primal glassware. • Provide our employees with a safe, clean, pleasant and enjoyable work environment at a wage that is fair to both our employees and the company. • To constantly strive to improve customer service, product quality and the work and sales environment. • Work as a TEAM, and respect each other at all times, since we realize that a TEAM can bring success to many.
