  1. SERVICE RESPONSE CENTER How to Submit & Track a Service Request

  2. Use your browser to navigate to the Baylor Facility Services website www.baylor.edu/Facility_Services Select “Submit Service Request” from the menu bar on the left

  3. This takes you to the iServiceDesk Select “Submit a Request” from the menu bar on the left

  4. Submitting a Request Step 1: Select “Baylor Facility Services” from the text box and click on the arrow

  5. Submitting a Request Step 2: Select your building from the text box and click on the arrow

  6. Submitting a Request Step 3: Fill out the form as completely as you can. Items marked with a red asterisk are required: NamePhone #EmailAreaRequest

  7. Submitting a Request Step 4: Please be as specific as you can when describing your request. This allows us to allot the appropriate amount of time for the request and to bring the proper tools if needed. Once complete, click “submit.”

  8. Submitting a Request Step 5 : This screen shows the detail of your pending request and provides the request number for your reference.

  9. Submitting a Request Step 6 : You will receive an email confirming that your request has been successfully submitted

  10. Request to Work Order You will receive a second email when the SRC processes your request and assigns it to the appropriate trade shop for attention. This email also provides the work order number for your request.

  11. Tracking Your Work Order Step 1 : Although we strive to provide you with timely updates regarding the status of your request, there may be times that you want to check on things yourself. First navigate back to the iServiceDesk homepage, enter the work order number in the search engine at the bottom of the left column, and click the arrow.

  12. Tracking Your Work Order Step 2: Your request will be displayed, complete with all information that has been entered by the SRC.
