  3. Meeting the cast (Indiana Jones) • Harrison ford as (Indiana jones) • Karen Allen as(Marion Ravenswood) • Terry Richards as (Arab swordsman) • Paul Freeman as (Dr. rene’Beloq)

  4. (Marion) 2012 • Marion has the rule of Indiana jones kind of girlfriend but also a helping hand in this crusade on finding the lost ark.

  5. French archeologist • The French archeologist has the rule of being Indiana jones antagonist threw out the whole movie stealing the finding of Indiana jones working and co operating with the Nazi's at this time just being trouble for Indy.

  6. Complicating action Indiana jones and complication Complicating his actions (Indy) Bamboo huts people chasing him French archeologist stealing his discoveries for his own credit. Nazi’s involved with stopping anybody coming in there way. Marion wants Indy but is having a hard time with the Nazi's. • Finds the first treasure • Getting Marion back in his life. • Finding the lost ark

  7. Transitions • 1)The transition starts from meeting Indy out in the jungle looking for his artifact. • 3)This is the next transition from meeting the main character Indy to meeting Marion in Poland when we are looking for the lost ark as well as the Nazi's. • 2)Him back at school teaching at home after his escape from the jungle. • 4) So now Indy has found Marion and is in Egypt searching. So now we know the whole cast.

  8. Dangling causes • The first dangling cause I would put out there is Indy whip that he carries with him on his journeys we see it as an audience various amount of times first in the jungle when he crosses the hole, and than in the tomb with all the snakes were the ark is found. • Second dangling cause would be the drinking for Marion we see that she is a rather good drinker in Poland out drinking grown obese men and the in Egypt trying to use her drinking skill with the French archeologist to make and escape. • The third cause I found was with the snakes and (Indy) Indiana jones hates snakes but he finds himself with the in all the most important events when he is in the jungle on the plane ride home. Then when he is going down the rope to the tomb and just find nothing but snakes. Dangling cause that its when he find the lost ark and there are snakes

  9. Motifs explanation • A motif is something that is recurring in an art or movie or cinematic theatre. Like a color or object or even people anything that recurs in the movie or art more than once.

  10. Examples from movie of motifs • The first motifs I can put out there is Harrison Ford as Indiana jones I see his (WHIP). • I see that the color red is recurring in the movie on the Taliban man with the big sword his robe around his waist is red and the tank down in the tomb were the snakes are is RED. Red is recurring in the movie more than once.

  11. Conclusions • My final conclusion on the movie was it was good. But the cinematic deaths at the end of the movie were of rather poor quality art. But the stunt scenes were good to me looked real life like in the tomb and in the jungle I liked the cast and how the movie was filmed in all angles 180* degree rule. And sometimes 360*.
