  2. What is SCRIP ? • SCRIP is a program where you buy gift cards for everyday purchases. • You use the cards just like any other gift card/certificate. • There is NO EXTRA COST to you; When you buy a $10 card- you receive a card worth $10.

  3. How does SCRIP work? Step # 1 You order gift cards/certificates of your choice. For example: Hawkeye Convenience/Sinclair for $50. Step # 2 Coolidge PTA buys the gift card for a reduced amount. For example: We buy Hawkeye Convenience/Sinclair for $47.50. Step # 3 The gift card which is worth $50 is delivered to you and the difference ($2.50) goes to Coolidge PTA with absolutely NO EXTRA COST to you! EVERYBODY WINS!!

  5. 100 families buying Gas! 100Coolidge Families x $100 in gas per month x 12 months x 5% profit (i.e. Hawkeye card) $6,000 in profit for OUR SCHOOL!!

  9. We need YOU to participate !! And here’s how easy it is….

Buying SCRIP is SO easy!! • Complete an order form: Order forms can be emailed to you directly, printed from our website, picked up from school or placed online at shopwithscrip.com. • Send your order form or online summaryandpayment to school with your child. • Your order is placed: Orders are placed just about every other Monday (see calendar). • Your order is filled: Orders are sent home that same Thursday with your child or you can pick it up at school if you’d rather. NOTE: If you need something today, call or email to order in stockSCRIP! Just call Joni Culver at 396-5685/310-5488 or email culverbrent@imonmail.com that morning and it will be sent home the same day!

  11. Buying SCRIP is SO easy!! Bi-Weekly Order forms: • Can be emailed to you (email culverbrent@imonmail.com to get on the list if you aren’t already) • Can be printed from the website - http://coolidge.cr.k12.ia.us/scrip.htm • Can be picked up at school at the SCRIP bulletin board (outside the office) • Or if you know what you want send an email to the above address with the order Order on-line:  Go to www.shopwithscrip.com to register and order at your convenience. Coolidge's enrollment code is 27E8FL5E131L. Orders will be placed every other week for you to pick up or have your child bring it home. • Same Day Ordering: •  We keep many vendors on hand and available for daily purchase. You can print same day order forms from the website, pick one up at school, if you know what you want give me a call (396-5685 or 310-5488) or email me at culverbrent@imonmail.com . Send your order form and payment with your child in the morning and your SCRIP will be delivered that evening. Order after school on Fridays:  Every Friday After Class (FAC) someone is outside the office with the inventory on hand for you to buy directly. We’ve got you covered!!

  12. What is SCRIP used for? SCRIP is used to help raise money for our PTA who help offset a wide variety of expenses at our school. If we don’t have SCRIP, that money will have to come from somewhere else. Magazine Sales Pizza Sales Cookie Dough Sales So the question is…
