  12. Problem reporting • Gnats problem tracking software installed locally. This is now our only problem tracking system • Telescope reports for night time problems and comments • Forums are used to transfer information and changes

  13. Safety • Safety review by ACHS • Fire detection system was inspected and serviced • Fire extinguishers serviced • New policies on equipment operations, licenses required for all equipment, classes, training and licensing in progress • Road maintenance in progress • Poly-clinic inventory & supplies.

  14. New Dormitory and Infrastructure • Conversion of Nagoya control room • Architecture review complete and contract in place • Construction crews on site • Completion ~June • Kitchen renovation programmed for May
