  1. Sushil Pokhriyal Patient Journey – Karma Ayurveda Health Often we take pain medicine for pain in the body. Due to this, our pain gets cured, but we also ignore the changes that we see in the body. Which is very harmful, but then we only see our pain, for which we become responsible for spoiling your kidney and your liver by taking pain medicine. I often used to have back pain, which I ignored, thinking that maybe it was happening because of my work. For this, I used to take pain medicine, and as a result, it caused damage to my kidney, and gradually, it increased so much that there was no account of it. Because of my kidney failure, the doctor also asked me for a transplant. I did not have back pain; that pain was of the kidney. My first mistake was to consider kidney pain as back pain and on that big mistake kept taking pain medicine without the doctor's advice. Taking too much pain medicine caused a problem in my kidney. I learned about this when the doctor told me that taking more pain medicine causes kidney failure. First of all, I want to tell you something about myself. My name is Sushil Pokhriyal, and I am from Dehradun. I work in a hotel; it's my job to stand all day long. It isn't easy to work all day long. Stand still. Making different things in food, the amount of time it stands for is a lot of trouble. I had kidney pain, which I thought was of the waist, and when I took allopathy treatment for it, the doctor advised me to dialysis, after which my health got worse. Then I came to know about Karma Ayurveda through social media, due to which I am healthy and living a better life today. For this, I thank Dr. Puneet. I have a bad habit, even a little pain, I do not give time to despair that it spoils my whole day, so I used to take pain medicine for it. But I was completely unaware that my thinking that the pain would break my entire day and that I should take pain medicine would be the reason for my kidney failure. Because if I have pain in my legs, then I took pain medicine; if I have pain in my back, I get pain medicine. That's all I used to do, and I would get to work. I had back pain in the beginning, for which I used to take pain medication without the doctor's advice. And it also cured my pain. This process continued for a long time, after which it was as if I had a habit of taking pain medicine when I had back pain. But for some time, I was having back pain, but the medication was not getting the situation better. After which, I immediately went to the doctor and told him his problem; the doctor asked me for some tests. After his report came, I realized that my kidney had malfunctioned. What I was thinking of back pain till now was kidney pain. The doctor gave medicine for a few days, but there was no effect, after which my dialysis started.

  2. When my dialysis started, I started having so many more problems in my body. I don't know about the treatment, but yes, the diseases had increased. I had completely lost hope that I would be able to recover. Whenever I used to have dialysis, I would have told myself that I wish I had not consumed pain medicine with my mind; I might not have seen this day. But now, there was kidney failure. I might not have been alive if I had not known about Karma Ayurveda. I came to know about Karma Ayurveda through social media. Karma Ayurveda's treatment is completely natural; there is no dialysis or transplant. I told my brother that once you find out about it, how is the treatment here. Then brother watched a youtube video. In it, he tells the story of the patients, after which my brother said to me, let's go and see here once. I reached Karma Ayurveda Hospital with my younger brother, where we met Dr. Puneet. The doctor asked me for all my reports and asked me some questions. After my treatment started, the doctor told me to take medicine on time and abstain from eating. When I went to Karma Ayurveda, my creatinine was 10.5, and from their Ayurvedic medicine for creatinine, my creatinine gradually reduced to 2 now. I followed everything the doctor said, and I am fine today. I thank Dr. Puneet gave me a new life. Because I didn't think I would survive, I am fine.
