  1. Creatinine Treatment In Ayurveda Creatinine is a waste product created by our muscles in the process of food to energy-making process. The kidneys are present in our body to remove creatinine through urine. Basically, creatinine presents in our blood and urine. There are many food items responsible for higher creatinine levels. Our regular unhealthy habits also play a major role in increasing creatinine levels. But higher creatinine levels are a dangerous sign for our kidneys; we need to maintain creatine levels. In this blog, we talk about the effective creatinine treatment in ayurveda. The kidney is an essential organ of our body, as it flushes out all the impurities & toxins from our blood. It is responsible for balancing electrolytes in our body, forming urine and blood, maintaining bone health, and controlling blood pressure. Creatinine is the waste that our kidney filters out. But when our kidneys cannot remove creatinine from our blood properly, it means our kidneys aren’t working properly, and the levels of creatinine increase in our blood. High creatinine levels make it difficult to live because the high amount of creatinine in our blood makes it difficult for kidneys to flush it out. Here are some healthy food items to reduce creatinine in our blood in winters:- 1. Herbal Tea – replace your regular Tea with Herbal Tea. To make herbal Tea at home, add some tulsi leaves, pudina, ginger, and honey in boiling water. It is tasty and good for your kidney health. It normalizes your creatinine level and controls sugar and blood pressure too. This Herbal Tea is like an ayurvedic blessing for kidney patients. 2. Salvia – It is an ayurvedic herb that helps in reducing creatinine. It increases the glomerular filtration rate and helps in controlling the high creatinine levels. This herb is really useful for your kidney health. It contains Lithospermate B, which is responsible for removing creatinine. You can have this by adding Salvia to your Tea. 3. Cinnamon – Cinnamon is a must-have ingredient in our kitchen. We can add this to our food items to add the taste and keep our kidneys healthy. As it reduces the creatinine from our blood and makes our kidneys danger-free. It strengthens our immune system as well. 4. Apple – Pomegranate – These two fruit items are widely available in winter. Include these two fruits in your diet daily. They help detoxify our kidneys, remove the waste products from our blood, and keep us healthy. 5. Fiber-rich food – kidney patients are advised to eat fiber-rich foods in winters. Fiber-rich food fulfils your appetite and protects you from having oily food. It helps reduce your creatinine level too. Higher levels of creatinine lead to many health-related issues. It can cause swelling, poor appetite, weakness, insomnia, vomiting, smelly & foamy urine, leaking of blood and protein through urine, fever, stomachache, etc. So, we must maintain creatinine levels in our blood. In ayurveda, there is an easy and effective way to treat higher creatinine levels.
