Ingredients: • 2 cups rice • 1/2 cup urad dal • 1/4 cup cooked rice • Salt to taste • Water • Oil or ghee • Instructions: Soak & Grind: Soak rice and urad dal separately for 4-6 hours. Grind both to a smooth batter with cooked rice and water. Add salt. Ferment: Let the batter ferment overnight or for 8-12 hours. Cook: Heat a tawa, pour a ladle of batter, spread thin, and cook with oil or ghee until crispy. Serve: Enjoy with chutney or sambar.
