In 2003, KW Consulting conducted structured interviews to evaluate the impact of Sure Start on the community in Rotherham Central. Local individuals were trained as Community Researchers to gather insights. Findings showed higher satisfaction rates with outdoor play and services overall, though individuals were unclear on where to seek help. The research highlighted differences in satisfaction among diverse groups. Next steps involve sharing results, working with Primary Care Trust to evaluate health services, and engaging with Community Researchers for in-depth evaluations and focus groups.
