ANÁLISIS FODA • El análisis FODA es un resumen de las Fortalezas, Debilidades, Oportunidades y Amenazas (FODA) del área temática que está procurando el desarrollo municipal. • Esta información proporciona una base sobre la cual construir la estrategia de desarrollo. • Por esta razón, el análisis FODA es quizá la herramienta analítica más importante que hay que utilizar en la fase de evaluación de la situación.

  5. ANÁLISIS FODA • Un análisis FODA busca identificar las Fortalezas, Debilidades, Oportunidades y Amenazas (FODA) del desarrollo municipal. • Se quiere saber cuáles son las fortalezas y debilidades internas que ayudarán o dificultarán al área local conforme encuentre oportunidades y amenazas externas.
