Slowly bring your knees up to the chest. Count to twenty as you relax, keeping your knees in an upheld position. Allow your back to relax completely. Cat on the fence: - Get on the floor, balancing your weight between your hands &knees. Now exhale and let your stomach curve toward the floor. Let all the air out from your lungs as you relax. Then take the air in and let your back curve. Hold your breath in thisposition, stretching out for eight to ten seconds. Repeat this up-and-down arching sequence for eight to ten repetitions.
