[Kaizen, etc.] And discuss whether or not this thwarts “BIG” initiatives aimed at wholesale reinvention. • Also: Consider … “Can we do both?” [I’m not sure.] P.S.: This crucial issue holds for Finance Departments as much as Product Divisions.
