EnergieNed creates DLMS Interoperability Worgkroup in April 2007

Goal: Dutch Smart Metering Specification in accordance to NTA 8130 Requirements.

COSEM Object Model Specification for Smart Metering.

Members: NUON, Essent, Eneco, Delta, Actaris, Iskraemeco, KEMA, Landis+Gyr, SAGEM.

Progress: Dutch Smart Metering Specification completed in October 2007.

Die bestehende Internationale Standards ermöglichen interoperable Smart Metering Lösungen

DLMS UA (User Association) ist bereits eine unabhängige Organisation für Überwachung, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung des Standards

Es gibt einen existierenden unabhängigen Konformitätstest

Die Datensicherheit und die Integrität sind geregelt

Die Einbindung von M-Bus ist spezifiziert

Es handelt sich um ein Protokoll, dass sich bereits über mehrere Jahre bewährt hat

Die Kommunikation über verschiedene Medien (GSM/GPRS, PLC, Punkt-zu-Punkt,…) ist definiert

Die Vorbereitung eines IEC Standards auf Basis COSEM/DLMS ist praktisch abgeschlossen

In mehreren EU-Ländern laufen die Standardisierungsprozesse auf der Basis COSEM/DLMS
