  1. Harry Coumnas is Always Passionate About Making New Discoveries Undeniably, the astronomy discoveries are not possible without the help of talented and brave astronauts. Though we are light years away from the exploration performed in fictional television show “Star Trek: The Next Generation”, we have made huge strides in the field of astronomy, all thanks to our astronomers. Let’s talk about such a renowned astronomer, Harry Coumnas, who made a mark in the field of astronomy through his passion to make new discoveries. Playing the role of mission specialist, he rounds out the space station crew. Pertaining to his responsibilities, he maintains food and supplies, arranges crew activities and conducts experiments, and assists with payload operations. In addition, Harry performs space walks, takes part in extra-vehicular activities, and supports robotic equipment. He teams up with astronaut pilots to form a space shuttle and together they operate the spacecraft and carry out the mission’s flight plan.
