  2. 一、刻录数码照片光盘 1号光盘 2号光盘 3号光盘 数码照片 数码照片 一张光盘可以视数码照片多少刻录，如果一年的数码照片少，可以将几年的数码照片刻在一张光盘上，如果一年的数码照片多，可以一年刻一张光盘。

  3. 二、编制数码照片目录 数码照片文件目录

  4. 三、给光盘编号： 全宗号—盘号 例：和其他电子档案一起编号,市档案局全宗号是27，从2003年至2005年文书、照片等共产生5张光盘，光盘编号依次为: 27-1 27-2 27-3 27-4 27-5 ，光盘编号用口取纸贴在光盘外围上或用光盘笔标注在光盘上。
