  4. HQ ASC Contracting Mission Mission: Provide Contracting support to LOGCAP, Field Support, Ammo and Chem Demil. ASC’s global logistics mission is located in 17 Countries, 24 States, Diego Garcia, & Guam/Saipan. It has a diverse workforce of 169 military, 5,796 civilians, 60,151 contractor personnel.
