      • Design = futuristic, smaller tires, functional, “stops traffic”
      • Experiment = multiple prototypes, radical designs, extensive testing, but technical problems
      • Added value = ??
      • Sales plan = involved late, little market research, little consumer testing; then Goyle & Nagwekar get excited, take Sactor to farmers.
