Learning Progression… • Weightage of Learning Progression in Final Score : 25 Marks • New and Innovative approach to score marks in Learning Progression (Performance Oriented) • Learning Progression marks will be Based on “Challenges”
Mid Term Examination • Will carry 25 Marks in Final Certificate • Mid Term of a Learner will be conducted at his Learning Center • Certificate will be provided at the completion of Mid Term • Mid Term is Mandatory • Mid Term will not have any minimum passing marks
Syllabus of Mid Term Examination • Theory Topics • System Software • System Unit • Input and Output Devices • Secondary Storage • Practical • Windows • Word • Excel
Passing criterion for MICIT fresh learner • Following is the criteria for passing the MICIT Examination successfully: • Aggregate score of 40 Marks out of 100 with: • Minimum 20 Marks out of 50 are required for passing in Internal Evaluation • Minimum 20 Marks out of 50 are required for passing Final MICIT Examination • Aggregate score in three sections will be reflected in Final Result of the Passed learner. • Passing criteria is same for fresh as well as re-exam learners.
Re- Exam • If a Learner Fails in Final exam , he will re appear for the exam • His Learning Progression and Mid Term Marks will be carried forward
A Scenario • If the combined marks of Learning and Mid Term is less then 20 • Learner will be able to appear for Final Exam , but he need to re appear for the Mid term scheduled in the immediate next month • No extra fees or no derating will be applied for re appearing in Mid Term Exam • His Learning Progression marks will be carried forward Sample Case
