  1. “ The most advanced software application of its kind…” Created by Hospitality and I.T. Professionals with many years of international expertise in their respective fields. It covers all the related operational aspects of Supply Chain Management within the Hospitality and Food Service Organizations, offering great flexibility to the unit or enterprise levels and contributing significantly to the overall profits. “The key to the success of our solution lies in our ability and willingness to take and enhance the best ideas and practices from our customers and incorporate these almost instantaneously into our software” …Garry Lowe - Director of Operations for GoldenB2B Hospitality and designer of FBM. FBM is an ever evolving solution that is constantly being tweaked and enhanced to meet the needs of an ever more demanding and increasingly sophisticated hotel market that will settle for nothing less than perfection.

  2. Use Arrows to advance • FBM is a truly international, multilingual system. Currently running in English, French, Russian, Greek and can be translated to any other language within DAYS. • Single user login to eliminate misuse of Password and user rights.

  3. The FBM, user definition options are very sophisticated as you can see from the screenshot. We have the option to link the user to each store or location individually and then to each item. Alternatively we can link each user to everything at the click of a button. • The user menu for each user is also definable. Each user only gets to see the options they are allowed access to. • All stores can be specifically assigned to a user only for ordering, or requisitions, or both, as required.

  4. FBM, uses one database for Stock Item, NON stock items and Direct Items. • No need to login in and out to see different store or items. • FBM, Item Screen has all the necessary information at at glance on one screen, even including the option for pictures. • Each and every individual item is linked to specific stores for the user to order and requisition.

  5. As you can see from the illustration, FBM has the most advanced electronic purchasing path. Clear and transparent. • Each step is pre-defined at the setup stage of installation and the Purchase Order follows this path.   • So Simple and easy, from the Originator to the Chairman if required.  • Based on Hotel, Resort and Corporate levels, with definable “threshold” purchasing limits.

  6. Another unique function of FBM is the Tracking system which allows a user to see exactly where orders are in the approval process with just a look. The user can even see if the order has a message attached to it for viewing, enabling a more efficient and productive use of his time.

  7. Within each order itself, we again have a very simple color coded tracking system that allows the user to see what has been done with his order by all the people that are in the authorization path. • Other very useful information that can be viewed : • Item description • Vendor product code • Finance Expense code • Comments per ORDER • Comments per ITEM. • Messages • And much more…

  8. There is a log for each and every item within a purchase order. • The log shows the actions that the authorizing personnel took, recording the exact time (taken from the server) that the action took place. • Every electronic movement of the Order Request is logged and tracked so as the user and the management can see very clearly if there is a problem and where the problem lies.

  9. Special feature of joining requisitions together from different departments / outlets to make one “Master Purchase Order”. • This is especially useful for hotels that do not have stores, since it allows users to order items on a daily basis as needed and therefore keep zero inventories. • Purchasing need raise only ONE Purchase Order for the entire hotel.

  10. “Auto Allocate” button allows purchasing department to process an entire Purchase Order with any number of items with just one click!. • This feature makes use of the quotations system that can be defined according to vendor priority. • Prices are automatically picked up from a scaleable table that allows the hotel to benefit from any volume discounts (if applicable).

  11. Signatures and titles appear on the purchase orders automatically from the system, once the purchase order has been fully authorised. (Signatures scanned into the users file).

  12. FBM has a very detailed and highly user friendly Recipes Management System. • All recipes and reports can be exported quickly to Excel and be used for simulations etc. • Includes pictures, sales tax, stock deduction, definable report layout for recipes line by line. • Printouts include serving and preparation info that can be used to train kitchen staff.

  13. Numerous useful reports. • FBM has highly customizable but entirely useful reports. The idea was to only include useful reports and not have hundreds of reports just for the sake of it. • All Reports in FBM can be easily exported to Microsoft Excel. • Built in charts and graphics

  14. FBM has an inbuilt messaging system. • Messages can be attached to each Purchase Order and Requisition and are kept for as long as the order is active, giving the user a detailed track of all information with regards to their Purchase Orders and Requisitions. Page 14

  15. When doing an inventory at month end or a spot check during the month, the user has the option to select either the: • Higher Category • Secondary Category • Primary Category • Or Even by the individual Item. • This flexible printing system gives the user the option to choose how and what items they print on the inventory count sheets, thus saving time and making the inventory process a little easier.

  16. PPT 2800 PPT 2800 • FBM has the option to export all inventories to any hand held device for month end inventory and spot check purposes. • The easy interface allows the user to simply upload and download figures, print the difference report and close the figures. • The system also has the ability to run two inventory periods simultaneously. The user can therefore start the inventory process and still have the operation running. No system “down time” at the end of the month.

  17. Importing Revenue Figures from POS subsystems is very simple and clear. • Each Food & Beverage outlet manager can view their sales figures at a glance and can then make useful decisions based on the information at hand • FBM can also deduct stock and give exact daily stock on hand figures on an outlet basis, if all applicable recipes are input and flagged to be deducted from stocks
