Sage 200 Business Intelligence So what is Sage 200 Business Intelligence (BI)? • A new and exciting addition to the Sage 200 Suite linking to Sage 200 data. • Enables you to extract real intelligence about your business from data accumulated every day in the normal course of operations. • A powerful analysis and reporting tool which will transform your data into meaningful intelligence. • Gives you maximum benefit from your business systems and data helping you to build a significant competitive advantage.

  5. Why use Sage 200 BI? How long would it take to answer these questions: Which of the cost centres are most profitable? Over the last 12 months? Last 5 years? Which is your top customer? Which customers have bought from you in the last 12 months, but not in the last 3? What are their buying trends? How do they compare to the same periods last year? Are the trends regional?

How long would it take to you answer these questions? • Which of these customers have overdue payments? • Who are the worst paying customers? • How many credit notes were issued last month? • Which customers had the most? • Sage 200 BI can answer all of these questions and many more very quickly. • All are examples of situations where the information exists in the source system, but can’t be easily accessed. • Ask your Financial Director how long it currently takes to get this information and how much they cost the business per hour?
