Analysis of CRTC2 phosphorylation via immunofluorescence in WT and mutant cell lines

This figure shows CRTC2 localization and phosphorylation status in different cell lines through immunofluorescence staining. Wild-type cells as well as cells with S171A and S275A mutations were analyzed. The merge images demonstrate the impact of forskolin treatment on CRTC2 localization.
