  3. Daily Brush clean the grinder doser

  4. Daily Using the blind filter to do back-flushing

  5. Daily Filter basket cleaning

  6. Daily Portafilter cleaning by brushing

  7. Daily Brush clean the diffuser screen

  8. Daily Wipe clean the machine everyday

  9. Daily Verify espresso extraction time (25-30sec)

  10. Back-flushing Insert 1 teaspoon of puly caff Place portafilter with powder Remarks: Repeat the whole step for the next group head. Remember to flush the machine thoroughly. Press brewing button (15-20 sec) Stop and press again for 3 times. Make sure portafilter is secure.

  11. Weekly Verify powder dosage (2pulls=14grams)

  15. WeeklyShower cleaning with detergent (Puly Caff) 1. Remove diffuser for cleaning

  18. WeeklyShower cleaning with detergent (Puly Caff) 4. Everything is then soaked overnight in the Puly Caff solution

  19. Monthly(To be done by the technician) To check brewing water temperature 90˚C ± 2˚C To check brewing pressure at approximately 9 bar

  20. 6 months(To be done by the technician) To replace worn-out group gaskets
