  2. 高雄市政府辦理「永安橋改善工程」 一、徵收土地所在地範圍及面積 • 擬徵收坐落高雄市永安區烏樹林段596-2地號內等5筆土地，合計面積0.2002公頃。詳如徵收土地清冊與徵收土地圖說。 二、興辦事業之種類及法令依據 （一）依據土地徵收條例第3條第2款規定。（交通事業） （二）奉准興辦事業文件：經濟部97年4月14日經水字第09702604610號函、前高雄縣政府99年1月24日簽奉縣長核准簽、經濟部水利署100年7月8日經水地字第100170000630號函及101年8月15日簽奉市長核准簽。
