  3. Introduction • Who are we?: LegaLilleis a legal enterprise situated in Lille. Our cabinet consists of professional lawyers and advisers with lot of experience whose aim is to obtain the best possible outcome for you, your family and your company. • What we do: • Advising clients (individuals or corporations) about their legal rights and responsibilities • Representing clients in civil or criminal cases • Business transactions • Any other matters in which legal advice

I - Google Adwords • What is it? • System developed by Google • To marketing products and services in the Google SE • Via the use of placed text ad • appears when people search for phrases related to the offer → Sponsored link • “Pay-per-click” offer (PPC or PPM) • How does it work? • Create your campaign • Choose your keywords • Use them in the ad text • Use an URL linked to your ads • Follow your performances

Pay more doesn't mean you’re at the top rank • The “problem of 1st Page” → If you’re not at the first page, almost nobody can see you • Unlinked ads regarding researches → Ads not adapted to the kind of researches • Adblock → software that remove all ads on internet
