High Risk Monitoring PlanCost Transfers-GCG 209-08 • Must be supported by documentation that certifies the correctness of the transfer. • Types of documentation include: Transaction Detail Reports, Banner Reports, Data Warehouse Reports, and other documents, such as specific e-mails, word documents, or excel documents.

  3. Documentation should be able to provide the reviewer with a clear purpose as to why you are making the entry. Documentation must also be clearly labeled, should be understandable to the reviewer, and include an acceptable type of approval as outlined below. • E-mail from PI approving or confirming change • Written request for change from PI • Detail report signed by PI, that includes correction

  4. High Risk Monitoring PlanCost Transfers-GCG 209-08 • Transfers should be processed: • In accordance with institutional policies and award terms and conditions. • Transfers should be made timely. • NIH rule is within 90 days of original posting of expense • Transfers not made timely will require justification and a higher level approval.
