  1. NOTE CARD FORMAT REQUIREMENTS: You will need 8 Information Cards per subtopic if you have 5x8 size note cards. If you have 4x6 size note cards, you will need at least 10 Information Cards per subtopic. The final product of the note card assignment is to be able to hand in THREE piles of information cards (amount varies depending on card size, as explained above), using source cards to divide the information cards within each pile (each pile will represent a different subtopic). DUE DATE: Monday, November 18th

Ask yourself, How would I explain this information to my friends or family? • Failure to paraphrase effectively is considered plagiarism. • When quoting someone from a source who is not the author of the source, remember to include that person’s credentials (what makes him/her an expert?).
