Wellness Fair • A Wellness Fair – April 1, 2008 • @ Nebraska State Office Building. • 12 Health Care related Organizations and 5 Benefit Vendors participated. • Approx. 800+ employees attended the fair. • Approx.150 employees visited the Lions Club screening bus. • 16 Door Prize winners • Positive Feedback to continue in the future

  9. Wellness Initiative • The Wellness Initiative legislation • passed out of committee • Was not discussed on the floor • Continuing to explore Wellness Opportunities.

  10. Health RFP • The Health RFP was released on March 12th. • Bid Opening date - May 2, 2008. • Contract Award date - July 7th. • Benefits will continue to provide RFP updates to Agency HR Contacts throughout the process.

B10 Conversion Update Pay Cycle Conversion Biweekly Payrolls Must Be Converted To BW10 By July 31, 2008 Monthly Payrolls Must Be Converted To BW10 By December 31, 2008 Only Exceptions Are Those Agencies Which Are Entirely Non-Classified or Required To Be Monthly By Statue or State Constitution.
