Cohort for Rates: • First-time, full-time certificate/degree-seeking full-time undergraduate students • For term-based schools, fall term, enrolled as of October 15, the end of add-drop period, or another official reporting date • For non-term based schools, enrolled September 1 - August 31 for 15 days in program of one year or less, or 30 days in program greater than one year

  6. When to disclose • No later than July 1 after 12-months ending August 31 of year when 150% of normal time lapsed
