Introduction (PNPA motivation) • As discussed in GGF17 many standards are developed and created at GGF which do not make it to the users • Many Grid activities of HENP are unknown to the GGF • The GGF is lacking user participation (more and more only the people actively involved at GGF join the meetings) • A proper interface between GGF and HENP has to be created

  5. Brainstorming session • collect keypoints: • requirements of HENP community from OGF

  6. next steps • plans for OGF20 • first draft document (see last slide) should be available for public comments • send document around to potential interests • get all interested parties around one table • from the major HENP experiments: LHC*, GSI-FAIR, RAL*, DESY*, ... • from the major HENP sites: DESY, CERN, RAL, FZK, IN2P3, GSI,... • representatives from HENP Grid projects • use project Wiki as information Broker
