Uued eeslinnad mõjutavad maakasutust, elustiile, transporti jne. Kuidas? Millised on kultuuri- ja rahvastikugeograafilised, aga ka keskkonnageograafilised protsessid nende muutuste taga? Kas pikemas ajalises perspektiivis on valglinnastumine positiivne või negatiivne? Kas Eesti kordab praegu Läänes toimunud eeslinnastumist – kas meil on kelleltki midagi õppida?
