  2. Kelle Stephens is a technical education professional who has worked in the field for the past three decades. She started her journey as a Custom Fit Training Director in Dixie Applied Technology College in 1992.

  3. There she provided customized training to meet specific company needs. She also managed significant state funds to achieve program results as per legislative mandate. Kelle worked in this position till 2010.

  4. In 2010, Kelle Stephens was promoted to Industry Training Director. As the Industry Training Director, Kelle supervised the custom fit and expanded offerings for short-term, industry-specific training. The following year, in 2011, Kelle Stephens was promoted to Vice-President of Instruction.

  5. As the Vice-President, Kelle Stephens assessed and improved quality in 6 certificate programs. She also worked closely with the College President to implement various initiatives. Her most significant achievement as the vice-president is that she wrote a proposal and received funding of $2,166,000. DOL grant.

  6. In 2012, Kelle Stephens became the President of Dixie Technical College. There she served Dixie Technical College in many ways. Kelly Stephens proved to be an unreplaceable asset to the college. Her career as a technical education specialist has been very successful, and she continues to prove her worth by bringing in more success.
