  2. Kelle Stephens is an extremely active person who has accomplished a great deal professionally. She graduated from Utah State University with a master's degree in Social Science: Economics with a Human Resource Emphasis.

  3. After that Kelle Stephens got employed at the Dixie Technical College and currently she is the president of Dixie Technical College since 2012.
