  23. Why do I need to know how to convert between fractions and decimals? ?

  24. What have we learned that could help us if we saw this problem? ¾ .8

  25. We know how to change ¾ to a decimal. How would that help? ¾ .8 < 3 ÷ 4 = .80 .75 .8 .75 .75

  26. Lets try another… 6/8 .7 > 6 ÷ 8 = .80 .75 .7 .75 .75

  27. Lets try another… ¼ .25 = 1 ÷ 4 = .25

  28. You try… ½ .48 > 1 ÷ 2 = .5

  29. You try… 4/5 .92 < 4 ÷ 5 = .8

  30. What have we learned that could help us if we saw this problem? Order from least to greatest ¾ ; 0.72 ; 0.8
