Discourse Analysis • Il dialogo si struttura in maniera rigida • La struttura del dialogo può essere esplicitata assegnando etichette (funzionali) rigorose alle singole partizioni • Le etichette sono organizzate in maniera gerarchica in modo da formare una vera “grammatica” (Sinclair&Coulthard, Brazil ecc.: transaction, exchange, move, act)
