What do we do?
  • Work with lab/government on issues of concern to graduate students
  • Educate federal government on physical science issues
  • Organize educational and social events
  • Provide information for students/post docs who are new to the area
    • : guide to life, archived classes and lectures, job links (thanks to FNAL office of public affairs and xenomedia)

  • Problems in some cases for continuing Post-Docs at non-US institutions who work at FNAL
  • Ongoing collaboration with UEC/FNAL to develop new visa for scientists
