  7. Competence model of Public Employment Services (COMPES) is generic competence model intended for use in CR (especially in PES). It enables description of demand and supply on the labour market via common classification. COMPES attributes: • classification with hierarchical structure, • Covering soft and professional competences, • Individual competences event. group of competences are indicated by code and level, • communication tool enabling work • with competences on the unified • methodology in different processes • use in all relevant but different • processes
