Ongoing Tasks… • Continue using Behavioural Activation • Remember: • Your activities influence your mood! • Ensure you use a mix of activities – routine, pleasurable and necessary • Continue using Thought Challenging • Remember: • Your thoughts influence your mood! • Look for evidence for and against that thought • Try and find a new, alternative thought that could also explain the situation

  12. What Next… • Practise • Continue weekly tasks for a few weeksand complete your Blueprint for the Future • Phone us up for more help if needed after this • Step 2 options and Step 3 options

Service User Group • We encourage people who have accessed our services to join the service user group to help make changes to our services. • One role might be to help out as a ‘Meet and Greeter’ on one of our courses. • If you would be interested please take a form and fill it in and send it back to the address on the letter.
