  9. Factors Influencing Coating • Temperature : Coating thickness mainly depends on viscosity which in-turn affected by temp. Proper temp. Control should maintained. • Viscosity : Need to be controlled by regular additions of concentrate or Thinner Marshal Laboratories Pvt. Ltd.

  10. Factors Influencing Coating • Moisture : Since the chemistry is solvent based water content is not permitted. Machine Cycle Steps • Push >> Start Button to start The Cycle • Suction Pump pores the Marshal Nano- Coat from sump to Basket Chamber • Basket Rotates Clock and Anti Clock wise, with low speed for 20 Seconds • Solution is drained back to Sump • Basket Rotates Clock wise and Anticlockwise at high speed to remove excess Nano-coat from surface for 20 seconds • Buzzer On >> Cycle complete
