  3. The Supervisor can monitor the status of each Work Order and reschedule FST´s. www.adnconsulting.com

  4. The FST Syncs his Palm by hooking a cable to his cell phone. This is done at preset times (eg. Every 4 hours) Goes to the Phone control box and repairs the failure, picking the Items used from a list. Goes to the Client and registrers his signature (will work on any Palm device). www.adnconsulting.com

  5. The FST Syncs back the completed order and recieves the new ones All work orders are imported into the Accounting system of the company for billing. www.adnconsulting.com

  6. Harware Requirements at the Office All the Work Force system can be installed in a single regular PC, running Windows 98/NT/2000 with MS Office. This PC will recieve the incoming calls from the FST´s and will sync the WF database. Work Force doesn´t need an exclusive PC to run, but if you run several FST´s in your system, incoming phone calls can disturb your work while using this PC. If you already have a Network file server, you can use it to host the WF database for security and backup. If you plan to use SQL to host WF databases, this should be the choice. The control panel can run from any PC connected to the database. This means the telemarketer and the supervisor can operate from any PC. We assume regular PCs run Windows 98/NT/2000 and have at least 0.5 Gb of free disk space and 64 MB RAM. www.adnconsulting.com
