Meeting weekly on Monday at 10 PM GMT Meetings are averaging 1.5 hours Organizing and documenting the “rules of engagement” for OWASP projects and the Season of Code Preparing for the next Season of Code

OWASP Season of Code Organizing the next OWASP Season of Code Submitted application for Google Summer of Code as a mentoring organization (not accepted) Surveyed project leads looking for “adoptable” project for next SoC Targeting announcing the next SoC at AppSec EU in May Governance and Assessment Criteria are key factors in the next SoC

Project Governance Drafting proposals for standardization and organization of the OWASP Projects page Surveyed project leads to gather project meta-data and access responsiveness Creating multiple metrics for categorizing and organizing projects Maturity, activity level, quality, relevance Drafting roles for participation in projects • Project Lead • Contributor / Reviewer • Project Maintainer • Mentor
